• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. z788 is not obligated to honour odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error ("palpable error"). In such cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where an in-play cash-out option is expressly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.

z788 is committed to the integrity of sport. Any evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing or manipulation will be reported to the appropriate sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies. Accounts found to be associated with integrity violations will be immediately suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z788 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z788, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or Force Majeure events
• Errors in odds, market data or game outcomes resulting from third-party feed or software issues
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

Where z788's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes z788's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

z788 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
